Privacy policy

How the website receives and uses information when you explore items or contact the shop.

Updated 8 October 2026

1. Information we receive

Contact details, items of interest and information submitted in the form.

Read details

The form collects your name, phone number or email, item of interest, message and, for visits, a preferred date, time and party size. We also record consent time, language and a request reference. Please do not include payment-card or identity-document information.

2. How we use information

Handling enquiries and viewing requests, without marketing messages.

Read details

Information is used to record and handle purchase enquiries, questions and viewing requests. Submitting the form does not create a purchase or consent to marketing. The shop’s contact channels and email are currently being updated. Requests are stored and receive an on-screen reference; notification emails are not currently sent.

3. Storage and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores requests. Enquiry details remain private.

Read details

The website uses Cloudflare Workers for hosting, D1 for enquiry storage and R2 for product photographs. Cloudflare processes technical data needed to provide these services. Data may be processed outside your country. Enquiry details are not publicly displayed and are not placed in receipt URLs.

4. Spam prevention and browser storage

Turnstile prevents spam. The receipt reference is kept for the browser session.

Read details

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for verification. The IP address is used for verification and converted to a salted hash for request limits. Limit records expire after one hour and are cleaned up on a subsequent request. The receipt reference is stored for the browser session. This version does not install third-party advertising or behavioural analytics tools.

5. How long information is kept

Requests are retained for handling; no automatic deletion period is set yet.

Read details

Enquiries are kept so the shop can handle them and refer to prior correspondence. A fixed automatic deletion period has not yet been set. The shop should review resolved enquiries and remove information that is no longer needed. You may request correction or deletion through the contact form, quoting your reference for verification.

6. Questions about your information

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion.

Read details

To check, correct or request deletion of submitted data, use the contact form and provide the request reference. Do not resend sensitive information in the message. The shop will need to verify contact details to avoid acting on unauthorised requests.
